This is a known issue for orders placed between 11/1/2025-12/31/2025. During this time we went in and added a standalone PDF to each of your orders as they came in. Please look in your settings>past purchases for a product called “2026 A.T. Guide PDF” and make sure it’s checked (you can uncheck any others you don’t want to see in your library). If you don’t see it, click the refresh button on the top right above the checkboxes.
If for some reason, upon opening the 2026 pdf, you still see a pdf from a previous year, tap the “…” on the book cover and “Re-download the Latest PDF Version” to force the latest PDF to download.
There is a known issue where some users trying to log-in to their existing account using the, “I have already purchased a PDF,” link in the iOS app get a spinning blue wheel and are not able to login. This does not happen to everyone. We have had a difficult time nailing down why it does happen for a few. However, the following workaround has proven successful for everyone experiencing this issue:
- Use the “I need to purchase a PDF” option instead of “I have already purchased a PDF.”
- Ignore the email field to register a new account and instead, click the button at the bottom to, “login to your account”
- Once logged in, tap the exit button in the top left corner to return to your dashboard library, where you should now be logged in.

- Make sure you used the same user account with which you purchased your PDF. Some people unintentionally create multiple accounts. If you need assistance consolidating your purchase history to one account, please contact us.
- Refresh your purchase history, and activate your recent purchase. This is how:
-
- Go to your “SETTINGS” panel in your ATG PDF Reader App.
- Tap, “Past Purchases”.
- Tap the 🔄 on the top right side above your list of past purchases to refresh your list.
- Check the items in the list you would like to show in your app library. Unchecking items does not delete them permanently from your account. It simply hides them.
Email or call us and we will be happy to send you your correct username and send you a link to reset your password.
Because of the layout of the book, the highlighter can have trouble highlighting large areas of text, especially text that is in columns. The work around is to keep your highlights simple. If you can not highlight as much as you want in one highlight, use a few smaller highlights.
